Temirlan Zhilov

Deputy Director General for Legal Issues

As the Deputy Director General for Legal Issues, Temirlan Zhilov will leverage his extensive background in criminal cases and cases relating to the protection of socially vulnerable citizens, as well as legal advisory on land and property relations. Temirlan graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a degree in International Commercial Law and the Armavir Linguistic University with a degree in Jurisprudence. He completed an internship at the Federation Council under the mentoring program of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Russia Country of Opportunities”. He is the Vice President of the “Russian-Asian Association of Lawyers”.
